Professional Referrals
Veterans Dementia Support UK supports veterans living with dementia, their families, and carers through specialist, veteran-focused services that promote wellbeing, connection, and dignity.
We work with care homes, healthcare professionals, dementia services, and community organisations to ensure veterans receive the recognition and support they deserve.
Through reminiscence activities, social groups, outreach programmes, and our involvement in the Warm Spaces initiative, we help reduce loneliness and isolation while improving quality of life.
Referrals are welcome from GPs, social prescribers, care providers, family members, and veterans themselves. Contact us to refer a veteran who may benefit from our support, companionship, and community activities
