We have our own Armed Services Champion who has a vast and lived experience of all aspects of Dementia in the Community and Care Homes. He is part of our frontline team, for face to face groups and online support
ARMED FORCES SERVICE CHAMPION
The role of the Armed Forces Service Champion is a voluntary role and is to ensure that this often hard to reach community is supported, raising awareness of both the moral and contractual obligations under the Armed Forces Act 2021, the Armed Forces Covenant, the NHS Constitution, the Health and Social Care Act and other Acts.

Our Champion comes from a background in Nursing and Community Engagement.
He has worked with both serving and veterans of the Armed Forces and Merchant Navy for 14 years and whilst not served himself brings a wealth of knowledge and experience
He has vast experience in all aspects of dementia care and support
